What makes you different?

I turn your reading into a cinematic story - casting you as a character, pairing you with a movie or fairy tale that mirrors your own life, and using tarot to decode patterns and give you clarity. It’s deep, honest healing work not spiritual fluff. I can even make your reading into a little movie for you to watch again and again.

How will I receive my reading?

All readings are sent to the email address you provided at checkout.

When will I receive my reading?

You’ll receive your readings between 48-72 hours of purchase. If there is ever a delay beyond this, I will email to let you know.

I haven’t received my reading - what do I do?

First check your Spam/Junk folder. Search your inbox for my email address

If you still cant find it and its been longer than 72 hours since you ordered, please contact me directly and I will resend your reading or fix any issues.

Are there any topics you wont read on?

I won’t read on legal matters (court cases, custody, outcomes or disputes).

I also don’t replace medical, financial or mental health professionals - I can look at the emotional/energetic side of those areas, including pregnancy but I cannot give professional advice or diagnosis.

Because my readings are custom, time-based, digital services, I don’t usually offer refunds once I've started or delivered your reading. If there is a technical issue around receiving your reading then please contact me so I can resend or resolve it.

Do you offer refunds?

Can I ask a follow-up questions after my reading?

You’re welcome to send a message if something in your reading needs clarifying. For new questions or fresh topics, you’ll need to book a new reading, as each one is a separate piece of work.

What if I’m scared of what you’ll see or tell me?

I read deeply, but I don’t do doom. I’m never going to tell you you’re cursed, destined to be alone, or that everything is hopeless. If something hard shows up, I’ll always pair it with support, context and direction and my readings generally feel more calm than fearful.

Are you just reading the cards, or is it psychic/intuition as well?

The cards give me structure, and then I channel the extra details, images and sentences that come through for you specifically. It isn’t a generic card meaning read out - its a blended, intuitive reading.

Do you read about third parties (exes, their new partner, etc.)?

I will look at dynamics and lessons involving other people, but I don’t spy, predict exact actions of third parties in a voyeuristic way, or override someone’s privacy. My focus is always: What do you need to know for your own growth and decisions?
