I have been lost more times than I can count, and often too hesitant to ask for help. I have doubted myself—my capacity for love, for purpose, for meeting what life asks of us.

But the universe sends consciousness into darkness, not because darkness is the point, but because the light inside us only becomes visible when we have to search for it.
